when multiplayer comes out, will it function with games that you saved as exe's and are not being played through the website?

It is ready for the most part.
We still have a few syncing issues across the players, and we need to add a few additional features like connect dialog, and maybe a chat component.
After fixing the syncing issue we will release a beta version for testing.
It should be ready in a week or two.

yes but i meant if you export it as an exe and put it on gamejolt for example will the multiplayer still work.

The Cyberix3D Multiplayer server will be available only for games that are published on the Cyberix3D web site.
However, You could install your own Multiplayer server on your computer or on some private VPS (VPS is better) for use in Android / EXE apps.
We will provide a Multiplayer Server installation for Windows and Linux.
