Since the editor is now no longer web-based, maybe provide the ability to save projects onto the hard drive, as well as being able to add save games where you can save your progress, and load it from the title screen of that game, and also for projects saved offline, allow use of larger audio files, and loading on the file instead of uploading it to a server? Surely we can move away from this cloud-based system, right?

Hello,
The Cyberix3D Team is currently in the process of rebuilding the Cyberix3D Game Editor for multiple platforms, including web-based.
While we will make every effort to include the ability to save projects to the hard drive and add save games as requested, it may not be a primary focus of the new version.
We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to incorporate it as we continue to develop the new editor.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work on this project.

Best regards,
The Cyberix3D Team

Are you rebuilding an entirely new engine?

Yes, we're developing the Cyberix3D game engine completely from scratch and we'll be utilizing the Ogre3D engine.
Currently, we're in the learning phase of the engine and creating a proof of concept for all the necessary features, including multi-platform functionality and all of the currently supported Cyberix3D features.
As an example, we've created a test that showcases the use of terrain in a web browser, which can be found at:

We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Regards,
The Cyberix3D Team
