This is probably because the texture is not applied to the other player when Multiplayer Instance is in use.

And another thing about the sync speed,
The Multiplayer sync speed is limited due to performance and system load concerns,
But you can compensate for this by affecting the acceleration of the players and not just their position because the acceleration is also synced in the multiplayer process.
This can be done automatically if you are using the Force or Impulse command to move the players.
That way every player will have its position and also its acceleration vector, and in that way, you will see a smooth animation across the players.
