This is a example for a developer console which is where developers can test their games with cheats or the player can mess around with cheats, there will be updates to this game so stay tooned. Also if you didn't read the controls soon enough you press ` which is the button under Esc on the key board, once you do that there should be a text input then type in "C3D_cheats01" if so you should be shown a list of commands. Again the game will be updated meaning I would add more cheats so stay tune.
