You can use Blender to convert the FBX files to MD5.
www.blender.org
First, you need to import the FBX file in Blender and then export it as MD5 mesh and animation.
Here is a tutorial for exporting rigged models from Blender to Cyberix3D (Thanks to Ganderoleg):
www.gamemaker3d.com/forum/examples/197-e...o-use-in-cyberix#536
If you need help with exporting a model, just post your request in the forum and we will help you.

Here is the link:
www.mixamo.com

First, You need to signup and go to:
www.mixamo.com/store

Select a character:
www.mixamo.com/store/#/search?page=1&type=Character

Click on "Find Animations" and choose animation you like and click on "+ADD TO PACK".

After you finish adding your animations, Click on the "ADD TO MY ASSETS" button and then click on "QUEUE DOWNLOAD", choose the FBX format and then click on "QUEUE DOWNLOAD".

Now, you can convert the FBX model with Blender by following this tutorial:
www.gamemaker3d.com/forum/examples/197-e...o-use-in-cyberix#536

We can help you to convert the FBX model if you can't install blender.
Just post the FBX file in the forum.
